- We recommend using the FlashRouters Privacy App with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Alternate browsers such as Internet Explorer could cause the FlashRouters Privacy App to not fully load.
- Use a fresh Incognito or Private browsing window to make changes.
- Make sure you are pressing Apply at the bottom of the page after making any changes.
- Rebooting the FlashRouter will refresh the Privacy App and may help if actions are changing back to default.
- Restoring the FlashRouters Privacy App to default settings can also help.
