Restoring the FlashRouters Privacy App to default settings is recommended if you are experiencing any of the following:
- FlashRouters Privacy App pages are not loading fully.
- Connection Status is not reporting accurately.
- FlashRouters Privacy App processes have slowed down.
Completing this will not the reset the DD-WRT firmware. It will reset the FlashRouters Privacy App settings only.
1. On the Connected page click Logs.

2. Click Reset.

3. Follow the Setup guide for your VPN provider.
